After-Service Satisfaction Survey
One of the tools we use to gauge the effectiveness for meeting our customer satisfaction goals is through our customer satisfaction after-service surveys. Within days of having your vehicle serviced at EZ Lube, an EZ Lube customer service partner will contact you with a customer satisfaction questionnaire. This quick survey allows us to assess the types of services and quality of care that you received on your visit. We use this data to help improve our service process and identify any areas that could use improvement based upon your customer satisfaction ratings and our customer satisfaction research.
Customer Comments
Another customer satisfaction indicator that we rely upon is customer comments. EZ Lube views unprompted customer feedback as an invaluable tool to help identify both positive and negative issues that may affect our customer satisfaction service goals.
For example, the positive customer responses to our free WiFi Internet service test offering was so strong that we are now offering free WiFi for all of our 82 locations. The free WiFi Internet service is a direct response to your satisfaction survey comments and is one more way that we are meeting your customer service satisfaction needs.
At EZ Lube we appreciate any feedback that you have to share. By measuring our customer service satisfaction we are able to identify areas of the EZ Lube customer service experience that are both working well or that may need improvement.
