The EZ Lube 12-Month/12,000-Mile Warranty covers additional preventative maintenance services performed at EZ Lube for one year from the date of service or 12,000 miles- whichever comes first. EZ Lube will re-do any service that is determined to be defective as a direct result of EZ Lube service. All warranty service will be made free of charge with no deductible. EZ Lube Limited Warranty Details
The EZ Lube Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other consumer rights that vary from state to state.
EZ Lube, LLC stands behind our outstanding workmanship and quality products. We offer a limited warranty for maintenance services and parts during the period following service, as follows:
- Full service oil change— 3 months or 3,000 miles — whichever comes first — on parts and labor.
- Other services— 12 months or 12,000 miles— whichever comes first — on parts and labor.
If a replaced part or a fluid fails to perform during this period, in order to utilize this warranty, you must report the problem and return to an authorized EZ Lube location, or call 1-800-559-5823 for an appointment. Failure to report a claim within a reasonable time voids this warranty.
We will not cover any warranty related item without the required processing of a warranty claim through EZ Lube before services or modifications are made to the vehicle, upon the filing of a warranty claim.
In all cases, EZ Lube reserves the right to inspect and examine the vehicle to determine the extent of damage and the cause of failure. EZ Lube maintains the right to collect a fluid sample or take possession of the actual defective part in determining the cause of failure. Refusal to submit a fluid sample or part, or submit to inspection by an EZ Lube authorized facility, voids this warranty. After vehicle inspection by an authorized EZ Lube facility, if a defect in part or workmanship is found, EZ Lube will repair the vehicle or re-do the service, at no expense to the customer, either on site or sub-let to an EZ Lube approved shop.
Our pledge is to return your vehicle to you in the same or similar condition as when it originally left our location after service. In certain cases when repairs exceed a reasonable period of time, at our option, EZ Lube may reimburse the vehicle owner for a rental replacement, subject to restrictions, if a defect in part or workmanship is found.
This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, loss of time or work, or customer inconvenience. This warranty is intended to be limited to the repair or replacement of services or parts, and in limited cases, a replacement vehicle during the repair period.
This warranty is made by EZ Lube, LLC. EZ Lube, LLC extends the warranty to the vehicle owner and specific owner noted on the original invoice at the time of service. EZ Lube requires that vehicle manufacturer guidelines and reasonable care of the vehicle are followed during this warranty period. Any use of the vehicle in racing, off-road driving, unintended use or illegal activity will effectively void this warranty.
